8 B&D Trawling Conch Kebabs

salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 packs maggi fish seasoning
2/3 cup onion , very finely chopped
2 cloves garlic , minced
1/2 a scotch bonnet pepper minced
2 tablespoons lime juice , fresh
4 tablespoons butter , salted (1/2 stick)
4 limes wedges, for serving
1 large yellow sweet pepper
1 large green sweet pepper
4 cooking tomatoes
Directions:

Simply remove pre-prepared B&D Kebabs from packaging. Rub in seasoning ingredients and Lime Juice. Slice Sweet, Green Peppers and Tomatoes into skewer ready portions. Add them to the pre-prepared kebab skewers and Grill for approximately seven minutes on each side. Serve with your choice of side. (Shown here with seasoned yellow rice, and blanched broccoli.)
