The Office of the Children’s Advocate (OCA) launched its Child Justice Guidelines to coincide with Universal Children’s Day November 20, 2013 at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel. The Child Justice Guidelines is a pioneering body of work, as it is the first of its kind in the Caribbean and Latin America. These Guidelines are aimed at equipping those who work within the justice system with objective measures for meeting the needs of children who come in contact with the judicial process.
