Students’ Loan Bureau gets aggressive adminstush May 29, 2012 Suss The Students’ Loan Bureau (SLB) has started a campaign to expose borrowers it has described as delinquents. In a full-page advertisement in yesterday’s Gleaner, the SLB published the photographs of 38 borrowers it says have been chronic delinquents who had pursued training through various faculties at the UWI, the UTech and the NCU.
