In Haiti, the storm is responsible for at least 19 deaths. Isaac now moves toward Louisiana on the eve of Hurricane Katrina which struck August 29, 2005. While not as powerful a storm, Isaac, which is massive and slow moving, is expected to be at least a Category 1 when it makes landfall.
