Yohan Blake visits Jones Town Primary adminstush November 8, 2012 Suss “Sprint superstar Yohan Blake was quite the hit at Jones Town Primary School yesterday morning, as his YB Afraid Foundation, in partnership with the Sandals Foundation and Coca-Cola’s Live Positively campaign, announced details of the islandwide ‘Let’s Play’ initiative. The project, which is aimed at fostering the development of physical activity and a healthy lifestyle among the nation’s youth, kicked off in the Trench Town community, but will stretch to 10 schools across the country. Blake, who was flocked by students of the school and members of the community before and after the event, was extremely excited about the project. “This means a lot to me. I have always said that the kids are the future and to be a part of this through the YB Afraid Foundation, Sandals, Coca-Cola and ATL. When they contacted me I said that I definitely had to be here,” said Blake who, like other sporting stars, has been heavily involved in charity work in recent times.” – The Jamaica Gleaner Leave a Reply Cancel ReplyYour email address will not be published.CommentName* Email* Website Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment.
