An overcast afternoon in Clarendon was the backdrop for a hard-fought, gritty game of football. Away side Glenmuir were somewhat fortunate to win, with both teams looking heavy-footed on what was a sweltering day. Glenmuir striker Paul Wilson netted the winner deep into injury-time to ensure Vere’s short journey home was a miserable one.
